Iran v New Zealand absolute madness

This is one of those games where you can feel the momentum changing every few minutes and it honestly starts to take over your whole evening because you keep telling yourself to calm down and then another attack flies in and you are up off the sofa again. Iran have clearly got something about them and New Zealand have not just rolled over, which is why it keeps having that livewire feel, but then you get a move like that and suddenly it looks like everyone on the pitch has decided structure is optional and now im sat here fully losing my head because how is this the sort of match that just appears out of nowhere and becomes the one everyone talks about
 
The officials are going to get away with a lot here because everyone is focused on the goals but the way this has been allowed to become so chaotic has been ridiculous, every stoppage feels inconsistent and the tempo keeps getting broken in weird ways and then suddenly not broken at all when it suits them, which just makes the whole thing harder to follow, and if you are going to let a game turn into this much end to end madness then at least be consistent about it because right now it feels like the referee is just letting everything run until someone complains loudly enough
