Neymar taunts journalist over 1v1 delay

neymar just cant stay out of his own way can he every time theres a proper football issue he ends up making it about some random drama and now its a 69 year old journalist and helicopters and a 1v1 like what are we even doing here
 
I will defend the losing side here a bit because the journalist is not exactly some helpless mascot in all of this, he is clearly engaging with Neymar and feeding the whole thing as well, so it is a bit rich to act like this is just one man randomly bullying an old bloke and nothing else, the whole exchange sounds like a stupid ego battle and both sides know exactly what they are doing, but Neymar gets all the heat because he is the famous one and because people already want to pile on him, which is fair enough in some ways but also means the context gets flattened and everyone pretends the other side is completely innocent when they are obviously not, it is messy and childish and probably best ignored but football fans never ignore anything if there is a chance to make it into a meme
 
i cant lie this made me laugh and cringe at the same time because one minute youre seeing a headline about a 69 year old journalist and the next its neymar acting like a kid in a schoolyard and i just dont know whether to admire the commitment or worry about everyone involved
 
It is funny as a headline, but it also says a lot about where Neymar is at. The football should be the story, yet the drama keeps taking over.
