IK Sirius FK vs BK Hacken Best odds and tips

BK Häcken should justify their status as favourites to beat IK Sirius FK when the two Allsvenskan sides face off on Saturday. Häcken are eighth in the 2025 table with 10 points from seven games, while Sirius are 14th with only six points from the same number of matches. Sirius are on a run of two draws in a row, the latest of which was a 1-1 draw away at Degerfors last time out. Häcken have been a little up and down of late with two wins, one draw and two defeats in their last five Allsvenskan games, but they have been much better on the road with two wins from three and five goals scored.

BK Häcken are rightly the favourites at 1.95 with Sirius at 3.60 and the draw at 3.80, but there is a little value in the visitors’ odds for this clash. Andreas Engelmark took over as Sirius boss in December 2024 and is still working out how best to set his team up tactically during a rebuilding phase. He will want to keep it tight in this clash as they try to get their season back on track, but BK Häcken have a more established identity and are much more attack-minded. Jens Gustafsson took over at the club in January 2025 and has set his team up to be a front-foot side that can pounce on the counter-attack and press for goals from the off.

The clash of styles could favour the visitors as they should get more joy in the final third, although they will have to be careful of the counter-attack. Backing the visitors to win at 1.95 seems a good play here, but with Sirius conceding 1.67 goals per game at home and Häcken scoring five in three away, over 2.5 goals could also be a smart play.
