Álvarez booed at the Metropolitano

I get why people are laughing at the optics, but this is probably a sign the whole thing has gone too far. If the club and player are this far apart already, it is only going to get messier from here imo
 
honestly if he wanted out then fair enough but once the whole thing gets played out in public like this the fans are always gonna turn and its hard to blame them really because nobody likes feeling like second choice and the whole atmosphere just gets worse every time his name is mentioned
 
Atleti fans are basically telling the board to sort their life out and i cant even blame them for the drama because if the player is unhappy and the club are stuck then the crowd will make sure everybody knows about it and thats football for you innit
