Barcelona cruise past Elche with Gordon and Pedri shining

The biggest difference after Pedri came on was the control in the middle, because Barcelona suddenly had cleaner angles and the ball was being moved with more purpose instead of just going sideways and hoping something opened up. That is why the attacks looked so much more dangerous and why Elche kept getting caught flat, but then the chat always turns into complete nonsense with people acting like a couple of assists means someone is a legend and the whole debate becomes pure chaos, proper internet football brainrot, and honestly it is funny for about five minutes before it just turns into everyone shouting different nonsense at each other and I cannot be bothered with it anymore

Barcelona looked really sharp once the tempo went up and the movement started to click because Elche simply could not deal with runners coming from different angles and the passes into space were killing them, but the funniest part is how quickly the whole conversation turns into a full blown coronation for whoever gets the last touch or the biggest assist count, like one minute people are talking about good speed and timing and the next they are saying the lad is the best English player ever or that the swap with Rashford was obvious or that they do not need Alvarez after all and it is just absolute nonsense because football is a team game and this was a team performance built on control and smart movement not some one man miracle and yet every thread ends up with people screaming different hyperbolic takes as if that is analysis
