Bernabeu whistles Mbappe

It is easy to laugh at from the outside, but the reality is probably more complicated. Madrid fans have always been demanding, yet this still looks like a sign that the relationship is already strained.
 
I was in the pub when this came on and the whole place just went off because one lad is a Madrid fan and he was trying to defend it saying the crowd has every right to demand more and then three other lads started laughing and saying you would never hear that at our ground and honestly it turned into this ridiculous ten minute argument about whether whistles are worse than boos and by the end nobody even cared about the game anymore it was just everyone talking over each other and one bloke kept saying at least whistles are classy which is a sentence I never thought I would hear in real life
 
The officials are always part of these nights too because once the crowd gets going every little decision gets magnified and everyone inside the stadium is already primed to think they are being stitched up and then the players start appealing for everything and the ref looks like he has lost control before half the crowd has even sat back down and it becomes this total mess where nobody knows what is actually being whistled for anymore and the whole thing spirals into pure noise and blame and I swear football at that level just turns into a theatre of complaints where the ref cannot win no matter what he does
