Busquets starts coaching at Barça Atlètic

If there is one player I can see getting talked up too much in this role it is him because people will point to the name, the reputation, the trophies, the aura, all that rubbish, but coaching is about daily detail and dealing with players who do not listen, and that is a completely different battle from reading the game as a midfielder, so I hope the club do not just hand him the keys and expect magic, because if he struggles then the same crowd who are praising this will be the first ones to say he was never ready and that is the problem with Barcelona and legends and all this sentimental nonsense, it becomes a story before it becomes a job and then everyone acts shocked when reality is harder than the fairytale, he needs time and people need to stop acting like he is already a genius on the sideline because that is how you set someone up for a proper roasting later
 
Barça really do love a circle of life moment dont they legend retires then appears three doors down in a tracksuit and everyone calls it history in the making, fair play to them though it keeps the fanbase fed and gives the rest of us something to laugh at when the inevitable first coach rumours start flying
 
It is probably the right way to do it if he wants a real coaching career rather than a ceremonial one. He gets a chance to learn, make mistakes, and build credibility with younger players before anyone starts talking about the first team imo
