Chelsea eye Emi Martinez after Sanchez doubts

I was in the pub with a mate the other night and there was a Chelsea lad at the bar who spent half the evening saying Sanchez was the future and the other half saying he wanted him gone and by the end of it he had basically talked himself into signing Emi Martinez on the table with a napkin and a pint glass like he was running the club and that is exactly how this feels now because one minute everyone is calm and the next minute the whole thing is turning into transfer bingo and every Chelsea fan in the place is suddenly an expert on goalkeeping and wages and whether a keeper should be booed into becoming better and honestly it was one of the funniest football conversations ive had in ages because nobody agreed on anything and somehow that probably sums this whole situation up better than any serious analysis
 
I honestly thought this was just more internet nonsense when I first saw it but the more you read it the more it feels like Chelsea are actually prepared to do something drastic and that is both hilarious and a bit worrying because if they do bring in a new number one then the pressure on the whole squad changes straight away and the noise around the club goes even higher and as a neutral i am absolutely here for the drama but if i supported them i would probably be losing my mind
 
There is a world where this is just sensible recruitment and not panic at all. But the timing is so funny that nobody is going to see it that way, and Chelsea know that as well imo
