Japan nick it late against the Dutch

On paper the Netherlands should manage that situation better because of the size advantage and the ability to control territory, but football is not played on paper and Japan kept forcing the same problem until it became too much. The corner, the header, the reaction, all of it makes sense in a tactical way, but still somehow it feels ridiculous because everyone had spent the whole match laughing about crosses and then the exact thing they were mocking ends up deciding the mood of the night and now the Dutch look completely rattled and people are throwing around words like disgrace and finished and honestly I get it because that is how football makes you feel in the moment
