Kane hits 60 club goals

everyone acting surprised like he hasnt been doing this for years now the man is a machine and half the comments are still trying to cope with it lol
 
I was in the pub when someone put the radio on and the whole room just sort of went quiet for a second when they said the number because even the lads who do not watch much football know 60 sounds insane in any language and then you get the usual one bloke trying to say it does not count because of the league and another bloke shouting that goals are goals and by then the table is basically split down the middle and nobody is listening to anyone else which is exactly how these things go every time Kane does something ridiculous and it turns into a proper debate over pints
 
kane has been carrying the whole conversation for weeks now and people still wanna say its not that special because of the league like mate if it were easy everyone would do it and they dont
 
The officials always get away with it in these discussions as well because once a player is on a mad run suddenly every marginal call, every offside, every soft foul gets brushed off and if Kane gets a bit of protection people start whining that the ref is helping him when really the whole thing is just another example of the game bending over backwards for the biggest names and leaving everyone else to suck it up it is proper annoying and the standard of refereeing in football is still a joke
 
He is basically the perfect system striker when the team gives him volume and runners around him, which is why this season has exploded the way it has. The movement is elite and the finishing is ruthless, but the tactical set up is doing a lot of the work too
 
It is an incredible season, but the historical comparisons need a bit of caution. Kane deserves massive credit for the goals, yet people are right that league context and team structure matter when you compare across eras.
 
Some of you are still chatting like Kane is just a tidy finisher who gets tap ins and that is honestly embarrassing at this point because the man has been elite for years and now he is stacking up numbers that make other top forwards look ordinary and then people start moving the conversation onto the league or the team or whatever excuse they can find because they do not want to admit he is one of the greats and it is always the same with him every time he does something special there is some idiot ready to say it does not count and I am sick of hearing it because he is proving it over and over again and the disrespect is mad
 
The comparison with Messi and Ronaldo is inevitable because the raw numbers are in that orbit now. What makes Kane stand out is that he has combined volume with consistency rather than one freak burst and that is what makes the season feel historic.
 
Kane has been operating at a level that most forwards only touch in video games and the funny thing is people still keep trying to explain it away like it is some kind of illusion. Sixty goals in a season is outrageous, and when you start hearing names like Ronaldo, Messi, Dixie Dean and all the rest then you know you are dealing with something special. But every time he does it there is still that same crowd ready to say the league is weak or the team is carrying him or that it does not really matter unless he wins everything else and honestly it is exhausting because the man keeps delivering and people keep shifting the posts and it is just tedious as hell
