Here's how the prize claim process works, step by step:

  1. Tournament ends – Once the tournament is officially over, we close the leaderboard.
  2. Winners verification – Our team reviews the final standings and verifies all the winners to make sure everything is in order.
  3. Email requesting your details – We then send an email to each winner asking for the payment details we need to process the prize. For payouts we use USDT on the TRC-20 network, so we'll ask you to reply with your TRC-20 wallet address.
  4. Collecting details from all winners – We wait until we've gathered the wallet details from as many winners as possible, so we can process the payments together in one batch.
  5. Payment is sent – Once we have the details, we proceed with the actual payout to your wallet.
  6. Confirmation email – After the transfer is done, you'll receive a final email from us confirming that the prize has been paid out.

So the short version is: wait for our email → send us your TRC-20 wallet address → we process the payment → you get a confirmation email once it's done.
