Pending Prizes

[walid]

Hello,
I would like to inquire regarding my pending prizes from both platforms. I haven't received my 60 EUR prize from the Master of the Odds 7 competition on Betbrain (from 14.04 to 14.05), nor my 100 EUR prize from the Master of the Odds 8 competition on BetOnValue (from 14.05 to 14.06).

Hello @walid,

Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. We have noted your query about the two pending prizes from Master of the Odds 7 (14.04 to 14.05) and Master of the Odds 8 (14.05 to 14.06).

We are reviewing both entries with the team that handles tournament prize verification and payouts, across both platforms, and we will come back to you in this thread with the outcome. If any details are needed from you to process a payment, we will let you know here.

Best Regards,
Mihai, BetBrain Team
