⚽ Croatia vs Belgium
✅ BTTS Yes @1.61

going with the numbers here. croatia's last four matches have all seen both teams score and gone over 2.5, so the pattern is clearly there. they have also only failed to score in two of their last 18 friendlies, which tells you the attacking output is consistent regardless of opposition.

belgium come in hot too. they have scored at least four goals in six of their last nine matches under rudi garcia, and they bring a 26 man squad full of attacking names with lukébakio in form, perisic still contributing heavily for croatia and lukaku in the squad even if not at his best. both attacks have plenty to offer.

friendlies between two sides this attacking minded rarely end clean. croatia want to bounce back from the 3-1 loss to brazil and belgium are working through preparation games before the world cup, so neither will sit back. at 1.61 btts yes feels very live for this step.

see y'all tomorrow for the next step.

WEDNESDAY June 3 2026

⚽ Poland vs Nigeria
✅ Poland to Win @2.15

going aggressive for this step. poland are at home in front of their own crowd and they need a response after back to back losses, the 3-2 play-off heartbreak against sweden and the 2-0 to ukraine on sunday. that kind of context usually pushes a side to deliver a proper performance at home.

their friendly record is also strong. before the loss to ukraine they were unbeaten in friendlies since 2018, nine wins and three draws across that stretch, so this kind of fixture is exactly where they tend to bounce back. with lewandowski leading the line on 89 international goals and looking for a milestone moment, the attacking edge is there.

nigeria come into this missing osimhen, lookman, tijani and yusuf, which strips a lot of firepower from a side that just won 3-0 in a friendly. against european opposition they have managed just one win in their last eight, so the historical pattern leans towards poland. at 2.15 the home win is a nice value spot for the ladder.

see y'all tomorrow for the next step.

THURSDAY June 4 2026

⚽ Spain vs Iraq
✅ Over 4.5 Goals @2.45

going aggressive for this step. spain are ranked second in the world only behind france and they head into this as one of the world cup favourites. against a side ranked 57th, the gap in quality is huge and at home in front of their own crowd they will want to send a statement.

la roja have been on a serious run, only one loss in their last 28 internationals across 27 months and that one came on penalties. they finished world cup qualifying unbeaten with five wins and a draw, scoring freely throughout, and they have pedri, gavi, torres, oyarzabal and rodri all available with the option of olmo and ferran torres off the bench.

iraq have just got through three different qualification groups and a play-off against bolivia, so the level here is a real step up. against a spain side this loaded at home, defending for 90 minutes is going to be impossible. five plus goals is the aggressive read but the numbers and the gap in level make it a live spot at 2.45.

see y'all tomorrow for the next step.

FRIDAY June 5 2026

⚽ Hungary vs Finland
✅ BTTS Yes @2.07

going with the numbers for the weekend opener. hungary have been generating chances at home with szoboszlai pulling the strings and varga, sallai and kerkez all capable of contributing. their defence has not been the most reliable lately, conceding two late goals in the final qualifier against ireland to lose 3-2 at home.

finland come into this off mixed form but the goals have been there in their friendlies, a 4-0 win over andorra and a 2-0 over new zealand, with pohjanpalo on 88 caps leading the line. they also just shipped four to germany which shows their defence is shaky, but the attack is still active.

both sides have flaws on each end and these european friendlies usually open up. at 2.07 btts yes is a nice value spot.

SATURDAY June 6 2026

⚽ Morocco vs Norway
✅ BTTS Yes @1.65

keeping the same energy with the goals angle. norway have seen btts land in 60 percent of their last ten matches, and that is exactly the kind of consistent pattern that holds in this kind of pre world cup friendly. with haaland and ødegaard leading the line, they always have the firepower to find the net.

morocco showed their attack is firing with a 4-0 win over madagascar this week, and they have hakimi, díaz and el kaabi providing serious quality across the front. against a norwegian defence that has been inconsistent, they should get their chances at home.

friendlies before the world cup also rarely see managers prioritise defending, with rotations and freshness more important than clean sheets. both teams scoring is the cleanest angle here.

SUNDAY June 7 2026

⚽ Brazil vs Egypt
✅ BTTS Yes @1.89

closing the ladder with the more aggressive play but the numbers make sense. brazil have only kept one clean sheet in their last six matches and they shipped two to panama in the 6-2 win, so the defensive cracks are there ahead of the world cup. five of their last seven games have gone over 2.5.

egypt come into this unbeaten in three friendlies including a 1-0 win over russia and a goalless draw with spain, which tells you they can compete with elite sides. ziko has scored in three straight for both club and country, and they have the attacking life to threaten this brazilian back line.

brazil will obviously create plenty and egypt should still find their moment in a game where neither side is locked into a defensive mindset. at 1.89 btts yes feels very live for the weekend close.

see y'all monday for the next step.
