I dont think this is about Ronaldo being finished at all, it is just a wild hit that everyone is laughing at because of the reaction and the impact, people are reading way too much into it
 
Ronaldo always gets this kind of attention on dead balls, so the clip being everywhere is no surprise. It is more about the spectacle than the result, and that is why everyone is piling in tbh
 
Reminds me of one night down the pub when a mate of mine swore blind he could hit a free kick like that after a few pints and he absolutely leathered the ball straight into the side of the wall at five a side and the whole place just erupted because one lad was bent over laughing and another one was claiming it was the most dangerous shot he had ever seen and the poor bloke in the wall was pretending he was fine while rubbing his arm and saying it barely hurt when everyone knew it probably stung like mad and then for the rest of the night every time someone mentioned Ronaldo somebody else would shout about that one hit and act like they were in the same conversation as a proper legend which is exactly why clips like this go so far because they make everyone relive that pub energy where one ridiculous moment becomes the story for the whole evening and nobody lets it go
