Trump roasting Tuchel's tactics is unreal

I was in the pub when this came on and the whole place just went silent for a second and then everyone started laughing at once like we had all been waiting for something stupid enough to break the mood, proper weird moment, one lad near the bar shouted that Tuchel had been done by the American away end and the whole room lost it, then the conversation turned into whether Kane should be anywhere near that role and somehow a normal Saturday turned into five minutes of everyone acting like pundits after too many pints, absolute madness
 
I dont really buy the idea that this is some massive humiliation for Tuchel, because managers get criticised all the time and most of it is nonsense anyway, the only reason this has blown up is because Trump said it and people cannot resist the meme, so in that sense the football point has almost been lost entirely
 
It is easy to laugh, but there is probably a decent tactical debate underneath all the noise. Kane being used in a more defensive way may well be part of a broader plan, yet it is also the kind of thing that will look strange if results do not follow. The Trump angle just makes it impossible to take seriously in the moment.
 
I do not think this proves anything about Tuchel's tactics. It mainly proves that people will laugh at anything if the right name says it.
