- Lillestrom SK have won four, drawn two and lost four of their last 10 matches in all competitions
- Torreense have won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five away matches in all competitions
- Lillestrom SK have conceded nine goals in their five home matches this season, so the visitors can make a mark
Lillestrom on the up and up
Lillestrom SK have hit some form recently, beating Aurskog/Finstadbru 3-0 away in the NM Cup 2026 before defeating SK Brann Bergen 2-1 away and then Valerenga IF Oslo 2-0 at home in the Eliteserien 2026 last weekend.
Hans Erik Oedegaard's side are playing front-foot football since he took over as manager on 1 January 2025, and aggressive pressing with his 4-3-3 system.
The Kanarifugla are good to get on the front foot, but this could be a tough test against a compact and counter-attacking Torreense side.
Torreense a tough nut to crack
Luis Tralhao has coached his team since 1 January 2026 and they could give Lillestrom something to think about on Thursday. They have a good player in Dany Jean who can hurt the hosts on the counter-attack and has scored two of his side's six goals in the last five games.
Torreense were thrashed 0-3 by Vizela at home last weekend, but the previous seven days had seen them beat Benfica Lisbon B 2-0 away and hold Leixoes to a 0-0 draw at home. They are on a run of three wins, four draws and three defeats from their last 10 in all competitions and can be a stubborn opponent.
Hosts have the edge
Lillestrom SK are 51/100 favourites to win with Torreense 24/5 and the draw 33/10, which seems a little wide.
We think it is the right result that Lillestrom win this and give that team the edge on the night, but Torreense are a solid unit with a compact structure that could keep it tighter than the odds suggest if they survive the initial barrage.
The best alternative play here looks to be Both Teams to Score - No at 11/10, as Lillestrom can set the tempo and Torreense will sit deep.
