They sit in the lower half of the VPL2 table, somewhere between 11th and 13th at the time of writing, with just under 20 points. I'm not going to overthink this one as there is a clear mismatch in the odds, but Kingston can be a threat on their day, particularly in games where they are able to play through the lines.
They're in the midst of a coaching transition and have leaned on a shape-first approach, but an aggressive front press has been the hallmark of their football under the new leadership. This can work when Kingston are able to force turnovers high up the pitch, but it can also allow too much space behind the front line if their high press is beaten.

The forwards who starred in the 3-1 win at Box Hill will need to perform again on Friday and they can do so if they're able to turn set pieces and turnovers into fast breaks.
A 2-1 Whittlesea win feels like the most likely scoreline for this fixture, but Kingston have just enjoyed a real purple patch so this game could stay locked deep into the second half.
