That looks like the right bet, as the head-to-head between the two sides also leans Palace, with the Eagles winning the last two meetings and beating the Tractor Boys 1-0 at Selhurst Park in the Premier League 2024/2025 campaign.
Tractor Boys could keep it tight
Pierre Sage has had an immediate impact on Palace, quickly imposing his 3-4-2-1 blueprint with its wide wing-backs, structured pressing and fast, vertical breaks in the gameplan.
By contrast, Gary O'Neil has set his side up to be pragmatic and solid, staying compact in blocks and looking to hit on the counter when they do win the ball back.
That could make this a real chess match with not too much happening, and an under 2.5 goals bet at 1.98 looks like a solid play.
