Omonia FC Nicosia are the top dogs to win the UEFA Europa League Qualification 2026 on Thursday, and there is a fair chance the Cypriot outfit will show the form to justify their 1.42 favourite's price against outsiders Lincoln Red Imps.
The home side come into this game in decent nick with five wins in their last ten in all competitions, but they have also suffered three draws and two defeats in that run.
Omonia, on the other hand, are in rampant form with three wins, one draw and just one defeat in their five-game run-up to the contest.
Lincoln have won two and drawn one of their three home games while Omonia have lost one of their five road trips, so the away side's momentum is not the only reason to back the visitors in this one.
Set-up showdown should suit Omonia
Omonia boss Henning Berg has his team playing a disciplined 4-2-3-1 system that creates central overloads, with conservative full-backs and tight lines that don't let opponents between the lines.
They can play in and around possession or sit deep and look to shut the game down, but whatever the scenario, Berg's men will always be structured and well positioned.
Juanma Pavon's Lincoln Red Imps side is very different. They play with a narrow back three or a compact 4-1-4-1 that is designed to be mobile and fluid with a spine that starts in midfield.
When they can't control possession, they are well versed in the art of the press and when they win the ball back, they are likely to attack on the break.
