Two teams that have been around the 2026 MLS playoff perimeter without really breaking through meet at Gillette Stadium on Saturday when New England Revolution face Houston Dynamo in what should be a full-blooded Eastern Conference tussle.
New England have been a brick wall at home with eight wins, one draw and one defeat - conceding just eight goals in ten games - but their recent form is mixed with two wins, one draw and two defeats. At the Gillette, fans have enjoyed a solid run but not a faultless one as the hosts have won twice, drawn once and lost once.
Houston are behind the Revs in the Eastern standings and have also been patchy of late with two wins, two draws and a defeat, so they come into this clash as slight outsiders at 2.68, with New England a shade shorter at 2.4. The draw is 3.55.
Houston can’t buy a win at Gillette

This should be a tight game with New England given the edge if they control the tempo and can keep Houston pinned back, which they are capable of doing. But the odds suggest there is no certainty about the result here, so we will lean towards the hosts to edge out the victory in a game that has goals on the menu.
