received an email offering cashback with no cap on winnings if i reopened my account. accepted, won over $2000 CAD, then was told it was sent in error and should have been a capped money bonus instead. winnings were confiscated and $100 was offered as compensation, which i declined. a casino being able to reverse your winnings by claiming a mistake is not something anyone should accept. full story is in the askgamblers complaints section for this casino.
