I requested a cashout 16 days ago and have still not received my money. Every time I contact live support, they respond with the same pre-written template messages and avoid giving any real explanation. When I press for details, they either repeat themselves or abruptly end the conversation. They keep blaming “high transaction volume” and ask me to wait longer, but nothing changes. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional.

I have been waiting more than two weeks for my withdrawal. Support only sends copy-paste apologies and promises to “leave a note” for the finance department. No one provides a clear or concrete answer about when I will actually receive my money. Very frustrating experience.
