Complete scam. Uses a third party verification service that does not support Russian or Kazakh documents despite support claiming otherwise. Accounts get manually blocked and documents are never properly reviewed. They also appear to provide false information to Casino Guru about prior withdrawals. Players who mention verification issues in the internal chat get blocked there too.
