Nordsjaelland are on a roll
FC Nordsjaelland have won their last four games in a row and it is no surprise to see the bookies make them favorites at 2.15 for this UEFA Conference League qualification clash with FC St. Gallen.
Nordsjaelland's run of four wins and a draw in their last five games has seen them beat Valur 2-0 away and 5-0 at home in UEFA Conference League qualifying, while they have also recorded a 1-0 Superliga win over Randers.
Jens Foensskov Olsen's side have played some highly proactive soccer from a 4-3-3 base, pressing forward as a unit and playing on the front foot when they have the ball. The hosts have enjoyed a good season of transition play, while they can also put together some slick moves with young and fresh talent.
St. Gallen will give them plenty of joy

Enrico Maassen's St. Gallen have been very entertaining in their own right, however, taking three, drawing one and losing one of their last five.
St. Gallen's last three matches have been a 3-1 away win at Sheriff in the first round of UEFA Conference League qualification, a 2-2 home draw with Luzern in the Super League and a 5-1 home win over Sheriff in the second leg of that series.
Tactics and key player:
Maassen sets his side up in a 3-1-4-2 or 3-5-2 system and they will play with wing-backs and two strikers, looking to hurt the opposition with their vertical play, particularly on the break. Their danger man is Andrin Hunziker, who has scored three goals in two UEFA Conference League qualifiers, but the team play with plenty of attacking spirit too.
Denmark can still dance
The Danish Superliga is a top-15 European league by UEFA coefficient, so the gap in club strength between Nordsjaelland and FC St. Gallen isn't huge, although the home side appear in better shape to us.
Nordsjaelland's average of 0.60 goals conceded per game at home is pretty rock solid, but St. Gallen will put them under the most pressure they have faced so far this season and we don't think the Danes can keep a clean sheet.
FCN should dominate territory, however, so the Swiss should get plenty of opportunities on the counter-attack and the two teams should combine for plenty of end-to-end soccer to keep things very competitive.
