It is an aggressive system that does not give up much territory but it is also a system that allows the ball to travel vertically at speed when possession is won, creating overloads in wide areas and causing havoc in the transition.

Casper Røjkjær is a much newer presence at Fredrikstad, taking charge in May 2026, and the Travel Blues are very much a work in progress as they try to play a more possession based, high-intensity game.
