Ulf Kristiansson has been in charge since 1st January 2025 and has had a good amount of time to work with the squad, developing a young, attack-minded side with an ability to play at a high tempo. BP like to transition and counter-press, particularly through the wings.

Malmö FF are also in mixed form, winning two of their last five (D2, L1) and a couple of recent results suggest the momentum has gone out of their season. They last played out a 2-2 away draw with Kalmar FF and then suffered a 2-1 home defeat to IF Elfsborg.
Gaute Helstrup took over on 1st July 2026 and has instilled a high-energy, high-press style that is beginning to wear thin. They are a possession side, playing an asymmetrical 4-3-3 that can switch to a 3-2-5 or 2-3-5 in build-up, which allows for some intricate half-space overloads.
Away from home, they are less clinical than at Eleda Stadion and will need to be at their best to put Brommapojkarna to the sword on Sunday.
