- Home form: Raków are winless at home in Ekstraklasa 2026/2027 (W0, D0, L1).
- Away form: Jagiellonia are unbeaten away from home in Ekstraklasa 2026/2027 (W1, D0).
- Scoring average: Raków average just 1.00 goals scored per home game in Ekstraklasa 2026/2027.
Jagiellonia will test Raków’s defence
Jagiellonia have a sharp edge in the early 2026/2027 season and they will test the rearguard of Raków Czestochowa during Sunday's clash at the Stadion Rakow. Jaga sit 10th in the Ekstraklasa 2026/2027 table on six points from their first three games, leaving them with more to play with than Raków, who languish 18th in the table with no points from three games.
Dawid Kroczek's side have already started 2026/2027 with the pressure on after a 2-1 away defeat to MKS Cracovia Krakow in round one, which was followed by a 2-2 draw at HNK Hajduk Split in UEFA Conference League Qualification 2026. The Medaliki did recover somewhat, but the fact remains that they are yet to get off the mark in the league and they face a tough test from Jaga.
Adrian Siemieniec's side have lost some of the potency they showed, but they have made a strong start to the season with three wins, one draw and one defeat from their last five.
Jaga can nick it on the road
Away form
Jaga's road record looks impressive and they are unbeaten on the away trips in 2026/2027, although that is still only one game. Siemieniec's men have scored two goals per game on their travels this season while Raków have scored just once at home in the same period, so Jaga are the more convincing selection here.
Prediction and betting
The Jaga will go for the win at odds of 3.35 because they have shown they can take the game to the opponents and have enough freshness in their legs to get there, but the more likely outcome is a close game where the away side nick it or at least get something from it.
Both teams to score at 1.57 is not appealing, but Over 2.5 goals at 1.65 looks about right in what will probably be an end-to-end affair with Raków packing the midfield and Jaga looking to run through it at pace.
- Patryk Makuch has scored two and Mahir Emreli has two of Raków's last five goals, so they provide the main scoring threat for the hosts.
- Jaga striker Nik Prelec has scored twice in three Ekstraklasa 2026/2027 games so far with midfielder Kajetan Szmyt providing one assist in his last three.
- Jean Carlos will be the creative spark for Raków.
