- Home form: Worthing FC are winless in one home game in the National League 2026-2027, scoring 1.00 goals and conceding 2.00.
- Away form: Wealdstone FC are without a win in five, with two draws and three defeats.
Worthing will be the selection
Match odds and selection
Worthing FC enter their home game as the favorites at 1.9, which is fair considering the visitors have yet to win on the road in the National League 2026-2027 (D1). We're avoiding the hosts for the main selection, however, due to the fact that Wealdstone have no wins in their last five outings (D2, L3) and this fixture looks like it could be a lot closer than the oddsmakers are giving it credit for.
Coaching and tactics
Adam Hinshelwood was appointed as head coach of The Reds on 9 October 2025 and he has them playing with quick transitions that suit their players.
They're good on the counter and can overload the wings when they play out from the back with their 3-at-the-back system, making them a difficult team to get a handle on.
Both sides have a little bite
Wealdstone boss David Noble has had the players playing with a compact structure that relies on organisation and counter attacks since taking over on 26 January 2024. The Stones won't fold in here, but Worthing's fluid wing-back game should give them problems and open up the match for both sides to score.
- Over 2.5 goals at 1.65 looks like the cleaner angle, although both teams to score at 1.6 also suits this clash.
- The hosts will win a tight, exciting game but Wealdstone have the structure to make this a live game for a while, and possibly even a spicy one if they can keep things close.
